Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Agriculture Consultant at DJL Agriculture Ltd. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on sustainable agriculture practices, agronomy to clients along with Livestock & soil nutrition plans. Day-to-day tasks include conducting farm assessments, developing personalised recommendations, and implementing strategies for improved productivity and environmental sustainability.
Qualifications
- Agriculture and Agronomy skills
- Consulting experience in the agriculture sector
- Expertise in Sustainable Agriculture practices
- Knowledge of Rural Development initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

We are looking for a Regenerative Farming Specialist with a competency in soils and in particular soil health. This full time, permanent role offers a mixture of hybrid home and office working, depending on experience. Knowledge of soil health and soil biology is essential.

Role Description
Are you passionate about supporting sustainable agriculture?
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Nutrient Management Planner to join our Team, working closely to deliver tailored nutrient management plans for our valued farming customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and compliant Nutrient Management Plans (NMPs) promptly.
- Conduct soil sampling using our UTV sampling machine and gather on-farm data to inform recommendations
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve agreed objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, responding to emails and completing administrative tasks as required.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects
- Ensure your work practices align with health, safety, and wellbeing standards.

Facts
Certification is essential for this role.
Knowledge and experience of soil sampling and farm data collection is ideal, but not essential for this role.
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) and exceptional attention to detail for accurate planning and documentation.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
An excellent communicator who can build rapport with customers and colleagues.
